Bama Bike Fest 2012

The Bama Bike Fest is almost here!  The 2012 rally will take place July 12 through the 15th, and spots are filling up quickly.  This four day event takes place at Ackers Farms in Alabama.  The area is located seven miles north of Demopolis, Alabama, and 15 miles south of Eutaw.  There are a ton of events for bikers 18 and older.  No, this is not a family bike rally, you must be 18 to enter the rally grounds and 21 to participate in some of the games (some contain nudity).

There are a lot of different activities going on.  Bama covers 100 acres, after all, so there's plenty of space!  This fest has been called the wildest biker party in the deep south, and for good reason.  In addition to the races and bike shows, there's live music (Big Engine will perform on Friday and Saturday), monster truck mud boggin?, football, drinking games, a biggest boobs contest, the list goes on and on!  The biker rodeo has some pretty unique games like the keg toss, a slow race, and the loudest pipes contest.  Then there's the new homemade bikini contest, where women will strut their stuff in bikinis made from anything but cloth materials.  During the entire weekend, Miss Bama Bike Fest 2012, Jessica Cooper, will be on hand for photos and autographs.

You can bring your tent and set up a campsite for free, plus you can park your RV or camper for free in some areas, it costs if you want water or power hookups.  The Hog Wild Saloon will be open providing snacks, smokes, and mixers, plus there will be plenty of vendors selling motorcycle patches, bike parts, and more.
