The Guardian Bells offered on The Cheap Place are good luck charms designed to repel all those bad spirits that surround your motorcycle. Each bell comes with a ring on it that you can attach to your bike. Then you're on the road, the movement causes the bell to ring, which supposedly repels the spirits that cause breakdowns. Of course, you can also use these bells as key chains or put them on a necklace. One of the hottest bells is the Flaming Motorcycle Bell.
The guardian bell legend says that a man was riding back from Mexico with saddlebags full of gifts for children when a group of road gremlins caused him to crash. Lying on the ground, unable to get up, the biker grabbed a nearby saddlebag and threw some of the toys at the gremlins. The last item in the bag was a bell. Instead of throwing it, he starting ringing it. Two nearby bikers heard the ringing and came to his aid. They chased off the gremlins and helped the man. He offered them payment, which they refused. He insisted they each take one of the small bells he had in the other saddlebag just in case more gremlins attacked. He tied these bells to their bikes with strips of leather.
These guardian bells represent friendship between bikers. The flaming guardian bell features detailed flame inscriptions all the way around it. It actually rings, too! It's made from pewter and measures two by one by one inch. Don't let those pesky gremlins cause any accidents. Protect your bike with a guardian bell.
