This 3 x 1.75-inch biker patch is an adaptation of the classic Gadsden Flag featuring an angry rattlesnake and the phrase "don't tread on me." the Gadsden Flag was a Revolutionary War-era flag still referenced today by groups that believe in limited government and complete liberty.
Our biker patch dispenses with the rattlesnake in favor of the classic Florida alligator. The slogan has been modified as well. All in all, the design does a wonderful job paying homage to the Gadsden Flag while simultaneously promoting Florida's collective resistance against 'the man'.
We actually have two versions of this patch. This is the smaller one. The larger version measures 4 x 2.23 inches. Either one is an ideal size for decorating your leather jacket or vest by placing it over breast pocket. If you are into mounting patches on your shoulders, that works too.
