We also use Japanese brand heat seal glue over our plastic backings to make sure the patch sticks on properly once ironed on. The embroidered borders are trimmed using lasers for a very fine looking patch. The thread we use is 100% Synthetic Rayon material which helps us achieve immaculate embroidery results.
