As always, needle and thread are the way to go. At 10 x 9.5 inches, the size and weight of this patch are such that you wouldn't want to take your chances trying to iron it on. Also remember that hot irons can damage leather. It is just not worth the risk. Be safe and trust your inner seamstress.
