It's supposed to mean sexually attractive, however recently it has become a word of ambiguous meaning that morons use when unable to think of a better adjective for something they like.
It's most commonly used to describe someone who you think is amazingly attractive, and you want in their pants, or the most amazing version of hot.
I would like to think that it's not just a word but a attitude.
Revealing ones body is not necessarily sexy. Big muscles, tanned skin & blonde hair are not exclusively sexy. Geeks can be sexy, losers can be sexy, and men in uniform are definitely sexy.
I guess in the end sexy is how each person perceives it.
