Our 5 inch American Flag Patches have arrived. Embroidery has it's limitations, and to achieve Stars to look like stars the patch has to be 5 inches. You'll notice all the 4 inch or smaller American flag patches have asterix looking stars. I'm quite happy with the way the stars came out on these. There is still room to improve the next batch, I did notice some of the patches stripes are not thick enough and a few of the designs have skewed a little. We will perfect these in our next batches.
