Patches for Women

In the past, most bikers were men.  In fact, many had the attitude that motorcycles were too big and powerful for women to deal with.  However, over the years, that has certainly changed, and today not only are there women bikers, but there are also entire motorcycle clubs specifically for women.  These women aren't big, butch ladies, either, like the stereotype suggests.  Some of them are lawyers, doctors, and even housewives.  They ride their motorcycle to the salon, to the store, and even to work.  While many embroidered patches can be used by men or women, there are some specifically aimed at lady bikers.  You will find these patches at many biker stores, online shops, and rallies.

Some women want their sew on patches to fit the stereotype of big, bad biker babes.  They want skulls and flames and other images that make them look tough or at least like a 'serious' biker.  But other lady riders don't feel the need to do that.  Instead, they're rather have some patches that show off their feminine side.  They like patches with roses and other flowers on them or patches that feature cute animals.  There are many patches aimed at women that look like this.  Then there are some that play up the angel and devil aspect, such as the angel girl patch and devil girl patch.  There are also wing patches that look great on the back of a jacket or vest.

Lady biker patches work just like other patches: you can sew them on to your leather or nylon jackets.  If you're putting them on other material, they can be ironed on.  Whether you want skulls or flowers, there are many choices out there for today's lady rider.
