There are many different ways you can personalize your motorcycle and your gear. One thing some people don't think about is personalizing and customizing their saddlebags. There are a number of different ways to do this. You can buy customized saddlebags. These bags might have your name or a logo embossed on them, or they might be done in custom colors to match your bike. Of course, they can be a little bit expensive. One easier way is to take a standard saddlebag and add some sew on patches to it. These patches allow you to customize the bag as much or as little as you want.
Many different patches will fit on saddlebags, but some of the large biker patches are too big for saddlebags. It can also be difficult to attach some of these larger patches, especially if your saddlebags are made from leather. If they are, you have to sew the patch on by hand, which can be a pain. If they're not, you can iron on the patch. This can be a little awkward to do, but it's much easier than sewing it on.
If you want to use some of these large biker back patches on bags but can't fit them on your saddlebags, why not attach them to some large cloth shopping bags? Many of these bags are pretty plain or have large, ugly store logos on them. Cover those up with some awesome biker patches! This also makes it much easier to tell which bags are yours.
You can put patches on many other kinds of bags, too. You could add a few small one to your purse, or if you're a student, you could put some sew on patches all over your backpack. Any type of bag can be customized with a few patches!
