I came across this 3 star review on google reviews today about our patch store
"Shopping was good, they have lots of patches to choose from. However their their shipping sucks, they offer shipping choices don't pay them for any upgraded shipping like I did. I had the misfortune of paying for supposedly faster arrival to get to me before 5 days and I got it 7 days later. Their customer svs says they are Not responsible for packages once they leave their warehouse. I'll shop elsewhere from now on, Amazon has some good patch stores with better customer svs."
Of course there is no way of replying to a review on Google Reviews which is just unfair. However I wanted to set the record straight at our website.
We will never tell a customer we are not responsible for packages once they leave the warehouse. We provide First Class Package, Priority and Express services offered by USPS. We'll ship your order using the service you pay for. Personally I recommend you just pick the cheapest shipping option since USPS doesn't guarantee any delivery times unless you pick their pricey Express option. Nevertheless if you want Priority shipping we'll send your order using their priority service.
We reship countless orders when a customer doesn't receive their products because USPS losses the package on the way. We take care of all our customers before and after they place their order.
You show me an email someone sent you saying we are not responsible for your order once it ships and I'll let that person go on the spot. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that Matt will never say such a thing to any customer under no circumstances. And Matt is the only one that handles all your inquiries.
Over half our business is repeat business. And you just don't get that by telling people we are not responsible after the order leaves the warehouse. We are one phone call away. 386 243 4123. There is no press this for this when you call. There is no waiting 10 minutes on hold. You call us we answer. And if we are on the line with another customer just leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as we hang up the phone. That's how you remain in this business since 2009.
