Celebrates Star Wars created by George Lucas. "May the Force be with you"— "May the Fourth be with you" fans of the films unofficially created a day to celebrate that continues with the series.  This date has been rapidly spread by grassroots and of course the internet. The day wasn't even created by Lucasfilms if it was probably would have been the best marketing idea in years.
