I found a patch in the Funny Patches section that I can use as evidence that I'm not crazy. I'm talking about the Out Of My Mind Back In 5 patch that just recently made it to the website. Personally, I like this one because of its self-deprecating humor-humor. It's also proof that I'm not crazy. How, you might ask?
Well, here's the thing: if I were really crazy I wouldn't be able to tell you that I'm off my mind and plan to be back in five minutes. It would simply say "out of my mind." Wouldn't you agree? You'd better, otherwise I'll be forced to drool all over you while continually rubbing my hands together and talking about mother. By the way, mother and I used to run a cozy roadside motel until we got shut down for "poor customer service" - if you know what I mean.
In all seriousness this patch is a good one if you like to collect those with funny sayings. Like most of the other patches at The Cheap Place, this one has heat-activated glue, so you can attach it to most fabrics simply by placing it down and putting a hot iron on it for a minute. The iron activates the glue and you're good to go. For a leather, you'll have to use old-fashioned needle and thread. If you can concentrate for a little longer than five minutes you shouldn't have any trouble sewing it on.
