I've recently come across one that really made me laugh: it's the Confused As Baby in Topless Bar patch.
This hilarious patch reads, 'I'm as confused as a baby in a topless bar'. It's one of those that makes you think for a minute but, once you get it, you realize just how funny it is. It made me picture some poor confused infant looking at all those topless women and wondering which nipple to suck on first. So many choices for a meal, although the baby would be even more confused if none of the women was a mother. That poor baby would be thinking, but there's supposed to be milk in these! Why doesn't this boobie produce milk?.
Of course, the patch is also a great way of showing you're confused. If someone says something that doesn't make any sense to you, just point to this patch. If you find yourself often confused by what people say, this patch might be the perfect one for you. Of course, you can also include it on a vest or jacket full of fully saying patches. Just place it on your piece of clothing, run a hot iron over it, and it's done. Of course, don't do that to leather, the heat adhesive will ruin it.
The Confused patch measures four inches wide by one and three quarter inches tall. The bright white lettering stands out on the black background and is very easy to read.
