Bend Over ? This Patch has a Great Acronym on it!

BOHICA patchIf you've been around soldiers when they're talking to each other, you may have heard some pretty weird things.  People in the military have their own shorthand and terms for things, and it's not always obvious what they mean.  One of the shorthand acronyms the Marines use is BOHICA.  If you use this term a lot, The Cheap Place has created something just for you: a BOHICA Patch - Bend Over Here It Comes Again!  That's a saying that can be used in a lot of different situations!  You'll find this patch in the Military Patches section.

The phrase originated in combat as a way of indicating there was an incoming attack.  Someone would yell 'bend over, here it comes again!' and people would run for cover.  Today, that can be used when talking about anything that could potentially be difficult to deal with.  Getting a lecture from the boss for a project that's not going as planned, for example, is certainly a case of being bent over.

This is a small patch that measures three and a half inches wide by an inch and a half tall.  The text is embroidered in red instead of white, which is usually used.  This means it will really stand out, even among other word patches.  You can add this patch to just about any type of clothing item, jacket, vest, hat, wallet, etc.  It can be ironed on using a standard household iron.  However, to get the best results, you should sew it on.  You will also need to sew it on if you're going to put this cheap biker patch on anything made from nylon or leather.
