Did you know that a couple of weeks ago we celebrated International Talk Like a Pirate Day all over the world? That fact really has nothing to do with today's chosen patch, the Pirate Sword Skull patch from the Skull Patches category, I just thought I'd throw it in for a little bit of trivia, and a business idea.
By the way, International Talk Like a Pirate Day was established in 1995 as a holiday which sets aside September 19 as the one-day everyone who loves Pirates is supposed to talk like one.
Today's patch would be a great emblem for creating T-shirts or hats in celebration of this holiday. The good news is that the inventors put no trade restrictions on their idea, meaning it's open for anyone to expand upon. If you're an entrepreneurial sort, you could buy a bunch of these patches, attach them to various articles of clothing, and sell them every September. The holiday's two original inventors do just that.
