The 71st Daytona Bike Week is almost here! Many people are buying up Daytona Bike Week Stuff, especially the new patches and stickers. But what if you missed last year's patches? Well, you can still find some. For example, the Daytona 2011 Eagle Patch is still around, although supplies are limited. In fact, many people will probably be buying up these older patches at this year's rally if they forgot to get one last year. If you want one, you'd better hurry!
The Daytona 2011 patch features an eagle holding up a baller that reads Daytona 2011. It doesn't include the rally number (last year's was the 70th Daytona rally), but it's still a very nice patch. In fact, it looks pretty simple and understated, even though the eagle is pretty detailed and colorful.
This year's Daytona Bike Week begins on March 9 and runs through March 18. There's a ton of different events going on, including bike shows, races, and live entertainment. It promises to be an incredible experience, just like last year's. Daytona is a reunion of sorts for many bikers. Many people see old friends every year at Daytona, plus many make new friends they keep in contact with throughout the year.
The Daytona 2011 eagle patch measures four inches by two inches. The patch is mainly made up of orange and black with white and yellow highlights on the eagle. Die cut borders make it easy to sew it on to leather, while the heat-activated adhesive makes it easy to iron on to other materials.
