If You're A Redneck, You Need This Patch

Are you a redneck?  This slang term has become fairly popular in the past 15 or so years thanks to people like comedian Jeff Foxworthy, who has a number of routines based on his 'you might be a redneck if'? set up.  It is somewhat analogous to the term 'hillbilly' or 'white trash'.  Originally, the term applied mostly to uneducated white farmer from the southern part of the U.S., but today, it's used to refer to anyone who is set in their ways or is fairly conservative.  Rednecks usually have a very set idea about how the world should work, and they may be resistant to change, especially change that doesn't appear to be for a reason.

This Redneck Rebel Patch is for those who have been called rednecks but, instead of taking it as an insult, have decided to take the world back and wear it as a badge of pride.  Yes, these rednecks may be opposed to liberal change, but they have reasons why.  They love their guns, they enjoy going hunting, and they may have a few cars up on blocks in their front yard, but that's only because they're restoring them.  There's nothing trashy or uneducated about them.

This Redneck patch is a part of the Rebel Patches category on The Cheap Place.  It features the word Redneck and the colors of the flag of the Confederacy.  It measures four inches long by an inch and a half tall.  This colorful patch can be attached to your jacket, vest, hat, or even a canvas belt or bag.  You can sew it on to leather items or, if you're putting it on something else, you can iron it on.
