Today's post is about the Never Trust Anything That Bleeds 5 Days patch, which you can find among the Funny Patches at The Cheap Place. To be fair, this one doesn't stick out for any specific reason other than the fact that I've been looking at for the better part of three months with utter confusion. I've been racking my brain trying to think of everything I know that could bleed for 3 to 5 days and not die, and there were so many possibilities that it was completely lost on me.
But lo and behold, today I experienced an epiphany! I was browsing through the funny patches when suddenly it dawned on me... this patch is saying never to trust a woman - think about it for a minute, it'll come to you. If not, that probably means you're unmarried and unattached. For the rest of us, every 28 days or so we know exactly what it means.
I think this is a patch that would be equally fun for both men and women. If you're going to wear it, you should probably put it somewhere where it's not going to be missed. I'm thinking the pocket of a T-shirt or front-and-center on a baseball cap. If you wear it in a prominent place you're going to enjoy endless hours of watching people stare at you with a confused look on their faces. How's that for fun at someone else's expense?
