This means bikers who want to buy nothing but American products should have little or no difficulties finding them.
Did you know that this saying has been extended to people? There are some joke t-shirts and even biker patches that apply the saying to a person. If someone is 'made in the USA' it means they were born and raised here. A lot of people like to wear things with this phrase on it so that others know that they are born and bred Americans. Those who are very patriotic often wear these items, especially ones that also feature the American flag.
For bikers, there are some really neat Made in the USA patches. This way, everyone behind you will both know you were made in the USA and know that you're on the road.
