This Patch is for Soldiers who were in Operation Desert Storm

Operation Desert Storm patchThe main part of the Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm, took place between January 17, 1991, and February 28, 1991.  While that seems like a very short amount of time, the conflict was a fairly large operation and included forces from 34 different countries against Iraq.  The war was the result of Iraq's invasion and forced annexation of the smaller country of Kuwait.  If you participated in this conflict, you may want to add an Operation Desert Storm Patch to your riding jacket.  This patch proudly proclaims that you served your country and fought for the freedom of Kuwait and its people.  It's found in The Cheap Place's Flag Patches category.

The main feature of this patch is the U.S. flag situated in the middle.  It really stands out since the rest of the patch is done in light and dark brown.  The background is light brown, while the outline and the words 'operation desert storm' are done in a darker brown.  The patch is almost a perfect square, but the bottom part arches down a bit, making it look almost like a shield.  The patch can be worn on the upper shoulder of your jacket or on the front or back of a vest.

The patch measures three inches long and three inches tall at its tallest point.  It can be attached to your clothing by ironing it on, or it can be sewn onto leather or nylon using brown thread.  This is a great patch for anyone looking to show their support for those in Desert Storm.  If you need more than one of them, you can even purchase wholesale patches.  This is a great way to stock up and save on money.
