Unlike traditional rockers, though, this one has a small section on either side that features the U.S. flag. The left section has the stars and stripes on it, while the other side is simply stripes.
Like most rockers, it measures four inches wide by one and a half inches tall at its tallest point (most of the patch isn't actually that tall). If you're looking for a good embroidered patch you could give your dad for Christmas, this is a great option.
