It doesn't matter what color your hair is, all women (and a number of men) have their blonde moments. The many jokes about how dumb blondes are may be completely untrue (many blondes are very intelligent), but that doesn't mean they don't exist or that many people use the term 'blonde moment' to describe themselves when they do something dumb.
