This Small Rocker Patch for Army Members

US Army 1775 Black White RockerIf you're a member of the army, you may want to put some military-related patches on your jacket.  These might include an American flag, an Army logo, and one of these Rocker Patches made specifically for Army members.  The US Army 1775 Rocker Patch is designed to sit on the upper shoulder of a jacket.  Even though the patch is curved, that doesn't mean you can't put it elsewhere, it also looks nice on the front of a vest or the back pocket of a pair of pants.

This simple patch features the words U.S. Army on the top arch and 1775 on the smaller bottom arch.  The lettering is done in the military stencil look that the army uses on many of its identifying logos.  White lines above and below the letters add a little bit of decoration to the patch, but other than that, it's pretty plain.

The 1775 date on this patch is to commemorate the year the Continental Army was formed to fight in the American Revolutionary War.  It was the first branch of the U.S. military, and it's also currently the largest.  The Army has gone through a number of changes over the years, but it's primary mission of defending the United States has never changed.  The Army has more than 500,000 soldiers, with another 500,000 in the reserves.  Each and every one of these men and women deserve respect and support.

This U.S. Army 1775 Rocker Patch measures 4 inches wide by 1.5 inches tall.  It can be ironed on to almost all materials except for leather.  The heat will destroy that material, so be sure to sew it on.
