Veterans Who Bike

I am a veteran my oath of enlistment doesn't expire iron on patch There are two types of people who tend to join the military: those who are looking for their path in life and think the military may be the answer, and those who join because they know the military will be their career.  These career military people take the oaths they swear to their country, their unit, and their fellow soldiers very, very seriously.  Even after they retire and become veterans, they still believe in doing their duty to their country.

After leaving the military, many veterans find themselves listless and in need of a hobby.  Some turn to motorcycle riding.  They love tinkering with their bikes and going riding with their fellow veterans and bike lovers.  There are even some motorcycle clubs that are made up entirely of military veterans.  The members of these clubs are able to bond over both their love of motorcycle riding and their time in the military.  This can be very helpful for those who saw combat since they can talk to other veterans about these shared experiences.  In many instances, this can be especially helpful for those with post-traumatic stress syndrome.

If you are a veteran who still feels bound by his oath to his fellow soldiers, you can show it by wearing the I am a veteran, my oath of enlistment doesn't expire patch.  It will let your fellow veterans and bikers know that you did not just see the military as a job or even as a career it was your calling, and you still feel a duty to your country.
