There are many ways of remembering those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001, attacks. Even today, more than ten years later, people are still grieving for those lost when the Twin Towers came down. That's why there's an entire category of 911 patches on The Cheap Place. One of these patches, called the Never Forget 9 11 Patch, is a nice way of remembering and honoring those lost and those who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that many people made it out of the rubble alive.
This patch could have been done in any colors, but I like that they used red, white, and blue. The skyline of New York City, complete with the Twin Towers, is done in white. Under it, the 'Never forget' is done in blue, while the last line of next, the date, is in red. Using these patriotic colors is a nice touch and adds a bit to the patch in terms of color. It's set on a black background with no colorful outline, so the background of the patch tends to blend in. This just makes the skyline and text stand out that much more.
If you're looking for a way of showing you'll never forget the brave men and women who were involved in the 9/11 events, this patch is a nice way of doing just that. It's small enough (3.5 x 2.25 inches) that it can fit on almost any article of clothing, and it won't be too showy. Some 9/11 items have a bit too much, but this one is just perfect.
