the man on the phone was very helpful. somehow i screwed up trying to pay for the patches. after 3 weeks went buy, and not receiving my patches, i called and had my order straightened out immediately. my fault. i received them 2 days later. thank you for the fast service. just an idea though, maybe follow up, or second check your orders daily. that way you don't lose a potential sale. thanks again. you have all my future patch business. i also let my club know about you.
