When I wrote back that the 10 inch patch had some marks on it, the cheap place sent me a new one the Next day without any questions about photo of the damage or told me to returning the damaged one.

There are a few spots on the shield where it looks like they were trying to add detail (i.e. brown thread) but it just makes it look dirty or streaked. No one is going to look that close and it’s going to get dirty anyway, so not a big issue.
