Our Shipping and Returns Policy

We process all orders daily (Monday through Friday). Our shopping cart and product pages will show you when your order will ship. This is usually same day or in 24 hours. It depends on the time of the day and the order load we are experiencing.

We ship with United States Postal Service only (USPS).

To get a shipping estimate, fill up a cart, then click Options and select Estimate Shipping when you are at the Shopping Cart Page

It takes about 3 days on average for US orders to arrive after shipping (1-7 days).

On rare occasions it can take over a week for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order in a week please contact us.

It could take up to 4 weeks for international orders, some countries are slower than others.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AND ISSUE FULL REFUND. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will need to be verified over the phone prior to shipping. Failure to provide a contact phone may result in the cancelation of your order.

Returns and Cancelations Policy

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 30 days for a full refund less shipping, handling and processing fees.

Dated event merchandise purchased before the official dates of the event cannot be returned after the event start date.

All Sales are final on clearance items. Clearance items are clearly marked on their product pages.

We may still approve your returns at our own discretion after 30 days given the products have not been used. However we may not be able to refund the payment back to your payment method after 60 days. In these cases we will issue you store credit.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we've made a mistake in fulfilling your order.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your returns. Your financial institution may require few days to credit your account.

If you need to return an item please login to your account. View "My Orders" Page and click on the order you want to return. On the order page you'll see the items in your order with a return button next to them.

If your order was charged a shipping and handling fee, this fee is not refunded on returns.

A restocking fee may apply to your return. If your return consists of more than 20 different items, a $1 restocking fee per different item will apply. It takes a considerable amount of time for us to pull orders consisting of many items. Restocking fees are charged to cover the cost of pulling the order then putting the order back into our physical inventory. You may return up to 20 different products per year free of charge. We strongly suggest you place a small order to see the quality before placing a big order. 

We do not accept returns on products that have been used or no longer appear to be in the condition they were when shipped out.

We do not exchange products, However you can return your item and upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit for you to purchase the item you want to exchange it for. You will have to pay shipping.

All returns are refunded as store credit back to your account for you to use at a later date. If you prefer to receive your refund to the original payment method we can do that, just email us and let us know. If it hasn't been over 60 days we can issue your payment back to your credit card.

Shipping

We ship almost anywhere. If you do not find your country in our shipping country selection, please contact us. We do not ship to certain countries. It's a choice we made and we apologize for the inconvenience. Alternatively you may use any US fright forwarder to get your goods. Most of our international customers utilize a forwarding company that specializes in forwarding packages from USA to international destinations. We cannot recommend any but you should be able to Google it and find some results.

All orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.

To be fair to our customers the shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight and not on order total.

Express shipping guarantees next day or 2nd day delivery within United States. Check delivery speed (our zip code is 32168). This is a guarantee given by the US Postal Service. It is not our guarantee. The money back guarantee is provided by USPS. 

Please double check the shipping address you've submitted. We seldom get old addresses automatically submitted by your browsers auto fill feature. It is your responsibility to make sure you've provided us a correct shipping address. We are liable for delivering your products to the shipping address you've provided at the time you placed the order.

If applicable, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships out.

There are no tracking services for orders that fit in flat envelopes.

The average shipping time within USA is about 2-3 days according to USPS. 

Please note sometimes it can take 7-14 days for domestic mail to be delivered.

International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered (We've seen it as bad as 8 weeks on very rare occasions.)

All Priority Mail Options carry insurance. In the case your tracking information says the package is delivered and you have not received it. You can send us a signed declaration and we can submit an insurance claim with USPS and reship your order. If you are picking the first class shipping option there is no insurance provided for your shipment. IF the delivery confirmation of your shipment says Delivered we are not responsible for reshipping your order. Although we can make exceptions on case by case basis. You can file a complaint with your post office. Any order we reship at our discretion cannot be returned for a refund.

We may choose to send your order using signature confirmation. Anyone can sign for your package at the address it is mailed to. We do not issue refunds on signature delivery orders when it's been signed for but you claim that you have not received your shipment. In these extreme rare cases we may reship your order directly to your post office for you to pick up. Reshipments are at our own discretion. We will contest all chargebacks for signature delivery confirmations. We apologize for the inconvenience. If your order is signed for by a recipient at your address and you haven't received your order then you have to reach out to your postal carrier or other household members to find a resolution. We will not issue refunds for any order that was signed for by anyone at your address.

The international buyer accepts all shipping risks, customs charges and import fees if any. Please note we provide 3 shipping options to international destinations. Basic standard shipping which has no tracking capabilities. A customs number may be provided which is our proof of shipping, this customs number will track the package until it leaves the United States. It will not update once it leaves United States. Please note by placing an order to an international destination you accept the risk of the package getting lost or being delivered in an untimely fashion. Any chargeback claims made with payment providers will be contested with proof of shipping. If you would like fully trackable and insured shipments you must pick the pricier Priority or Priority Express shipping methods. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BE AWARE, Government greed is at its max! We've had UK customers being charged $22 custom fees for orders totaling $50. Your order may face a custom import fee which you will be responsible for. Check your countries policies on ordering products online. Some countries allow up to a certain amount to be customs exempt. We declare the amount of your order on a customs form when we ship products. Please do not ask us to declare lower values on your shipments. Keep in mind Big Brother is watching and wants his share. Canada is notorious for charging outrageous customs fees.

Priority Mail provided by USPS recently started showing when to expect your package. Please read The shipping policies of USPS straight off the USPS websitePlease do not expect us to refund shipping for First Class or Priority Mail Service Delivery times. The only guaranteed shipping option we have is "Priority Express" which is guaranteed because the Post Office Guarantees it. Please understand when you are placing an order you are dealing with us and the Post Office. US Postal Service is actually a very reliable service but they do mess up every now and then. We hope you can understand we will get your order out the day you place it, the rest is on the post office to make an on time delivery. Read this below before you pick your shipping option. If you want guarantees it is available, it does cost extra and it is called "Priority Express". (Guarantee only applies to US Domestic shipping addresses)

Is the scheduled delivery day guaranteed?
Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. However, Priority Mail Express continues to provide a money-back guarantee* service for most domestic destination
